Dilara Gök is the co-founder and expert trainer of Conflictus.
She is a professional dedicated to promoting peace, conflict resolution, and social cohesion. As one of the founders of Conflictus Training and Consultancy, she has actively managed and contributed to various projects in Turkish cities since 2014, fostering collaboration between public, private, and civil sectors.

Starting in 2012, she has focused on combating discrimination, conflict resolution, mediation, and peacebuilding. Dilara collaborates with both national and international organizations to develop educational content and conduct practical workshops to address these crucial issues. Her work extends to addressing the aftermath of the Syrian crisis, engaging in social cohesion projects and conflict resolution, developing and implementing training programs in cities with significant Syrian populations.

Notably, Dilara Gök served as The Project Coordinator of "Women Support Women: Supporting Women Participation in Dialogue Development Process Through Peacebuilding Workshops and Inspiring Podcast Series Project." This project, implemented with the support of the U.S. Embassy Ankara and the U.S. Department of State AEIF – Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund Award, ran from September 2021 to September 2022. Her role in this initiative reflects her commitment to empowering women and promoting dialogue and peacebuilding.

Furthermore, Dilara is a founding member of the Turkish Antenna of The MWMN (Mediterranean Women Mediators Network) and a member of The MWMN. She served as a victim-offender mediator at the Istanbul Courthouse between 2016-2021. She's also a Women in Conflict 1325 Fellowship participant, demonstrating her dedication to advancing gender-related issues in conflict resolution.
Dilara Gök's commitment and accomplishments reflect her efforts to make a positive impact in the social and conflict resolution landscape in Turkey and the region.
