Our Methodology

Conflictus Training and Consultancy works 'tailor-made'. In other words, it creates the structure of the training content and the method specifically according to the target group.

Conflictus gives importance  to involve the participants in the process as much as possible both in its training practices and in its other services. For this reason, the trainer team of Conflictus focuses on experiential learning in training implementation processes. Because it is important that the participants are not only listeners in the training processes, but also individuals who act and produce. In this way, sustainable learning is more easily achieved.

 

In addition, thanks to these methods used by Conflictus, the participants do not only acquire knowledge during the training process, but also start to think about what to do after the training with the knowledge they have acquired.
