Our workshops and trainings focus on conflict analysis and resolution, principled negotiation, transformative mediation, solution-focused communication, peacebuilding and dialogue development, anti-discrimination and social cohesion.

Assessment and Evaluation processes help you monitor the success and understand the impact of the projects implemented. Conflictus offers various tools such as Training Evaluation and Reporting, Project Impact Analysis and Process Monitoring to achieve expected results and understand the long-term impact of programmes. For this reason, Conflictus provides services to both follow up the projects carried out and observe the development and change afterwards

Consultancy Services
