Assessment and Evaluation

Assessment and Evaluation processes help you monitor the success and understand the impact of the projects implemented. Conflictus offers various tools such as Training Evaluation and Reporting, Project Impact Analysis and Process Monitoring to achieve expected results and understand the long-term impact of programmes.

It is important to understand the extent to which projects aiming to create a positive social impact lead to change in the field. For this reason, Conflictus provides services to both follow up the projects carried out and observe the development and change afterwards. For this purpose, Conflictus carries out its work with quantitative and qualitative tools.

Conflictus provides a detailed report as well as concrete recommendations at the end of the measurement and evaluation study. Because what is important in this process is to make projects aimed at social benefit more effective and to provide real benefit to the target audience.

We are pleased to share our assessment and evaluation studies conducted with various target groups and partnerships:

Social Inclusion and Personal Development Programme Training Process Monitoring and Evaluation - Ret International 2017 -2018

This programme was implemented to empower trainers working with Syrian and Turkish children and youth in the districts of Suleymaniye, Viranşehir (Sanliurfa) and Kiziltepe (Mardin), which are densely populated by Syrians. The main objective is to strengthen the social cohesion between Syrian refugees and host communities by improving their personal life skills. For this purpose, two separate Life Skills Trainers' Manuals consisting of 13 and 6 training modules were prepared according to the different levels of 5-11, 12-17 and 18-25 age groups. At the end of these trainings, RET International's field staff were expected to apply the methods they learnt in the field. During this implementation process, Conflictus' expert trainers travelled to Viranşehir and Kızıltepe, which are the direct implementation areas, to observe the trainings on site and make evaluations. At the end of these evaluations, observations and suggestions were reported and shared with the organisation.
